Villa montecolori lively equiped 4*house with swimming pool in central Istria, about 3km from old town Motovun.
House is surrounded with 2500m2 of organized garden for active and relaxing family holidays. It is placen on south side with lots of sun and nice wiew. There are organized terraces around the house for relaxing and enjoying in the sun.
First neighbours are 100 meters far.
Poolwater is heated through system of sun collectors.Pets are welcome.
In the evening you can watch movies on home open air cinema on big screen, or just romantic wathcing the stars.
House is new and open all year, with heating facilities.

House provide comfort placement for 4 persond in 2 bedrooms. Each room has it’s own bathroom. From room you can step directly to the green ground, for morning coffe.
All rooms and living room has independent air-condition.

On terrace is a big grill and summer kitchen with additional fridge.
